Study of pneumatic and electropneumatic control systems on the Festo stand; mastering the operating principles of pneumatic valves, cylinders, sensors, and air preparation elements; assembling, debugging, and testing logic circuits using air and electrical signals on industrial equipment.

Study of temperature measurement instrument verification methods; mastering the use of reference thermometers, dry-block thermostats, and resistance temperature detectors; verifying and assessing the accuracy of temperature sensors using standard methods.

Study of pressure measurement instrument verification principles; mastering the use of reference pressure gauges and pressure pumps; performing procedures for verifying pressure gauges, transducers, and pressure sensors in accordance with metrological requirements.

Study of verification of various types of sensors and level gauges; mastering methods for simulating liquid levels in a test column; verifying using reference measurements and analyzing level measurement errors.
